Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services & Business Models We operate as an integrated manufacturing and trading enterprise providing a dual-supply system:

Ready-Stock Orders: Blank apparel items available with no minimum order quantity (No MOQ) and shipped within 3 days.
Custom Orders: Tailored manufacturing services utilizing FOB (Full Package), CMT (Processing), or ODM (Design + Production) models, subject to a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces per style.

2. Order Acceptance, Customization, & Production

Custom Specifications: For custom orders, production follows our standard 8-step process (Inquiry → Quotation → Fabric Confirmation → Sample Development → Pre-production Preparation → Bulk Production → Quality Inspection → Delivery).
Client Approval: Bulk production will only commence after the client explicitly approves the pre-production sample and fabric specifications.
Intellectual Property: You warrant that any logos, prints, trademarks, or designs provided to us for customization do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Payments, Delivery, & Risk Pass (Incoterms)

Payment Terms: Standard transactions require a 30% deposit prior to production, with the remaining 70% balance settled against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping Terms: We support various international delivery methods, including EXW, FOB (Guangzhou/Shenzhen), and CIF. Risk of loss shifts to the buyer in accordance with the selected Incoterm.
Lead Times: Stock items ship within 3 days. Custom production lead times typically range from 15 to 25 days, subject to scheduling and seasonal capacity.

4. Quality Standards, Inspections, & Returns

Quality Standards: All bulk garments undergo an internal 6-step/7-step quality check and are inspected under international AQL standards. Third-party on-site inspections are fully supported prior to shipment<
